  Was assigned to the worst accountant (Don) who they fired and was sold a bill of goods on a doing a BORSA 401K. DO NOT TRUST THIS FIRM FOR ANYTHING. Signed a contract for services, that was never done, and they charged my credit card 3 additional months after the contract was complete. Never refunded. They recommended other companies to help that are over priced and just as bad as them. They were late on filing my tax returns after repeated emails that I didn't want to file an extension. Was promised in many emails from Violet that I would get a refund only to see nothing. Please do your research. DON'T LET THEM TALK YOU INTO A BORSA UNLESS YOU UNDERSTAND EXACTLY WHAT YOU ARE GETTING INTO. They try and make it sound like you have to use them and who they recommend to stay compliant. I'm having to sue them. Don't end up like me.

  They completely left us in the lurch during the pandemic. We were told that our State Franchise Tax had been submitted in July of 2020 and we come to find out in March 2021 that it hadn’t been done. Now they’re still fooling around with our tax extension at the last minute, asking for info that I had already submitted. Apparently our account was given to a useless employee who is no longer with the company and nothing has been done to make it right. Getting invoices, though. Luckily Kevin Jenkins CPA is across the street. I’m sure he’s used to getting business from them. I talk to him regularly.

  DRDA has been taking care of some of my IRS filings over the previous 4 years and I have found them to be very diligent in the work they have done. They are timely and they provide excellent service so the filings are accurate and they are accepted by the IRS.

  Debora did an excellent job correcting and reconciling all of our business accounts and credit cards from 2019. She was thorough and completed the task quickly, which is very much appreciated. Great job.

  THEY DELETE BAD REVIEWS! When I heard of them I checked the reviews first and they were horrible and all with valid points. I should’ve gone with the reviews. I read the reviews and because of that I hesitated but because my friend (who has a big company and can afford overpriced services) recommended them so I decided go ahead. HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT !!!! I have a small business, which means every dollar counts and every detail counts. Details like the fact that they took WAY too long for something so small and simple, wanted to make it seem to me as though it was sooo complicated. Mind you, my company is a ONE employee company. That’s it, just one person and one service being provided, nothing more nothing less. And to top it off, they get extremely unprofessional and rude with you when you point out the disagreements. I went elsewhere for the services, they wasted my time and my money! If you care about your time and money then this is not the place for you. If you have no sense of organization and don’t care to know where your money is being spent then this is just right for you.

We have never deleted, nor attempted to delete, any bad review and it is our understanding that is not even possible. Again, we apologize if you experienced was not what you expected. We looked into this matter in great detail. We prepared your return based on the information you provided and within our understanding of the tax law. We again reviewed it for accuracy and stand behind that return. We did the work in good faith. The disagreements you pointed out were changes that were not possible for us to make because we believe they are not within the scope of the law.

  In a field where you need to make sure things are done right and above board, Suzy and DRDA have met all expectations. The fact that DRDA is a full service accounting firm with a long history with BORSA arrangements was very important to me. BORSA Set up is only the start. 5 stars thus far!
