Brad Reynolds1On my way to open my accounts with another bank. Been with JSC for 20 years but can’t do this Wellby thing. Tried contacting them like 5 times and there’s little/no response. Follow up Response: I’ve already contacted you at the email you provided weeks ago and also from the WellBy app, both without any meaningful responses from WellBy.

Jon Hill1Worst banking experience ever. Hours to receive any form of contact response. Only excuses as to why they can't answer in a timely manner. Claim to still be transitioning from their old systems. Would never recommend this bank to anyone.

Josh Seal5I've had good and bad experiences with the bank but the good outweighs all of the bad by far. Spoke to a young lady by the name of Roxy and she went Way beyond what she had to to help me out solving an issue to help me save money on transactions from ATMs. I hope their management knows it's the people like this that make us stay loyal to their Bank thank you very much Miss Roxy hope you have a good day

Priscilla Jernigan1I’ve been a member of JSC for over 50 years and have watched them gradually go downhill until they finally reached the bottom by now becoming wellby. I will now have to move my remaining accounts to another bank where I will be treated better by customer service and allowed to make my own decisions concerning my accounts.

Haelen Betancourt1i was on hold for over an hour and this is the second time i’ve tried contacting since the change. i sent a message through the app and even tried to live chat and during this hour. it would be great to hear from my bank sometime soon. if this is how it is going to be, i will be considering moving to a different bank.

Amanda Rowlands1I'm not sure who i dealt with because it was through the drive through. She told me a check needed to be placed on hold and when I questioned it she snapped the camera off and refused to communicate. I waited a additional 10 min in the drive through and she sent my transaction slip back through the tube without coming back on the screen. She didn't say anything after she snapped the screen off initially. Super rude and very unprofessional.
