  I popped in just to look around. The staff were friendly and very helpful. I was looking at jewelry...multiple pieces, and Angela was very patient with me. I went back and forth over a few pieces and she was pleasant to work with the whole time...knowledgeable too about the quality and strength of the metals(gold). So helpful that I made a purchase =) I used to go to the one on 8 mile...way bigger! But happy they made their way Down River!

  The staff was very friendly and helpful. I was given a very good price for the items i was selling. The store it's self was well organized and clean. I would definitely go back to the Southgate location!!!

  It’s a great pawnshop they don’t try to rip you off and all the workers are very nice. Angela is a gem 💎 and the other workers seem to be cool too. good people. They have alotta very nice items for good prices. 2 thumbs up 👍 👍 😁

  Angela and Kevin were super friendly and seemed knowledgeable about the products and company. I walked in randomly just to check out the location and walked out with a an awesome waterproof JBL speaker!

  Quick and easy. I didn't get as much as I had hoped but the process was explained in a way for me to understand that I was getting the best deal for my jewelry.

  Closed at 11:26 AM on Friday when their website says they are open. Waste of time and gas, won't go here again and don't recommend.

  Had a great experience. Awesome customer service never ever had an issue with this company. Les and his team have done an excellent job holding up the values of pawn and loan. Congrats on the newest locations down river in Lincoln Park in Southgate.
