  The worst customer service. The chick in there too busy with her head down avoiding contact, other fat Mexican dude with missing teeth denied me cashing a written check that clearly had my job and location on there. Typical Hispanics believing they’re above everyone when in reality yall are the lowest of the low do better compas 🤣🤣🤣

  We don’t cash pre signed checks,and this check was pre signed.You can see from his remarks he is a racist SOB.

  Very nice place the lady at the front was so nice an helpful an really went the extra mile to help not just us but a couple of other people that were their in all honesty i feel the previous reviews are just customers who didnt get their way the way they wanted i will be coming back 😁thank you an God Bless you

  Do not cash checks here. IF CASH CHECKS HERE YOU WILL GO YO JAIL I WAS CASHING CHECKS HERE AND OLD MAN BIHAIND THE DESK. CALL POLICE and police take me in jail THIS OLD MAN IS CRAZY PERSON AND DO NOT have a BRAIN he us putting innocent people in trouble This place and this business. Deserve to be shot down !!! I am warning everybody do not using this place to cashing. Your check.. if you do ... the jail is waiting for you. ..and you be sorry that you use this service in this place. Joseph

  I called and the guy i spoke with said they can cash my tax refund and my stimulus checks. He asked how much so i told him. Then he said to cash em itl be $10. Well i get there and the lady was hella nice. She cashed the checks and counted it out. I said hold up how much was i charged? $10 for the stimulus n the tax refund was like 30 or 40 dollars. What. When i called the dude said itll be $10 to cash them. "Itl be $10 to cash em" that sounds like 10 dollars to cash both my checks. Never again will i come here n i hope no one comes here.

  He told me about the small check only under $100 and I told him our minimum charge is $10.I never heard anything about the big check he is talking about.Case of mis communication.

  I’m waiting for them to open. Signs , website, even the door says opens at 9am and I’m in the parking lot running late for work. Nobody is inside. Nobody is answering the phone. I’m assuming no one cares. I would cash your checks here if time is of the essence.

  Where on your sign does it say you charge 8% to cash a government check because I only saw 3% and 5% nowhere did I see 8% to cash any kind of check. The most you can charge is 3.5% without ID not no 8% percent

  The rates displayed on the board are with valid government issued picture I.D. and we did you a favor by cashing your check without your I.D.

  Cashed my check with stub attached , I asked them for stub back they don't have no idea what happened to it , all my personal info is on there yet I'm ignored, calling corporate. They don't know who shredded it 1 minute later and its 3 people right next to each other

  When cashing a check we don’t need your stub all we need is your check sir.Our video surveillance showed you handed the check only to the teller and no stub.

  Very rude. I walked in and stood in front of the counter and the. 2 attendants that was behind the counter just watched me and continued what they were doing. I waited literally an entire 2minutes before I had to say something; mind you I’m the ONLY one in the place. There’s no reason why I should walk into a business AND NOT BE HELPED. And I still want helped!

  First they said they can confirm the check then they say no. Giving me attitude, being doubtful, making me feel like I was lying. And overall made me waste my time. The old man there did not care about wearing a mask and treating others with respect and me like trash.
