  They offered me 60 dollars for a Jupiter Alto Saxophone because that's how much it is on Ebay. I feel like they need to educate themselves on musical instruments. What a complete joke

  There a ok place they like to stare at you in line waiting to be help yeah the young guy is rude and they try to rob you but i guess thats a pwn shop they even seem ruder when you buy stuff back glad got job that pays well and will never do that again

  Terrible place , twice I have triedto pawn thereand not sure if iit's because I'm Mexicanans they think I don't know but they low low balled me , really 30 bucks for a brand new welder 15 bucks for a bass guitar yet the ones on your wall no branders have a price of no less than 100 bucks

  Very unhappy waking up on a Sunday morning getting to the shop at 9:27 a.m. they open up the shop let us in... we were ready to spend $4000 in jewelry and we picked up a ring which were charged $35 for ,very unhappy with the customer service there we asked to see some jewelry the young skinny guy said to wait he was put in jewelry away we felt that he could have said hold on let me put this away and I will help you in one minute, we waited over 20 minutes walking around the 3 employees there were there look like they just woke up very bitter we were Very unhappy that nothing was set up, they were moving as slow as a turtle, wait a minute turtles are faster they're moving slow as a slug they look like 3 slugs seriously,, very unhappy going to go spend my $4000 elsewhere.. they treat and talk to us like we're crackheads who need a hit in reality we just needed money for a week,, not crack heads,, maybe potheads(legal) SAY NO TO DRUGS... AND TOO THIS AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE PAWN SHOP... NO BUENO...

  Went in to this pawn shop to purchase a shotgun..... the guy behihd the counter was rude and in ecpetience... act like he didn't even want to make a sale....took my business.....else where....i hit the stars button by accident... i give them no stars...

  This place offer very low offers on gold this pawn shop is horrible better to go to a real gold exchange I don't know how they stay in business without tweekers

  No problems, I was in despite need of cash was able to get a loan on my laptop with plenty of time to pay off loan and get my computer back. I defiantly recommend this location. thank you

  I went to this place and got a loan for my switch but when I picked up my switch it was missing the charge cord. This place stole from me don't bother.

  Great pawn shop best pawn shop in the inland Empire and one of the Best in southern california prices are Always fair they sold me a laptop for 80 dollars they was Asking 120 and Took 40 dollars off Also i brought a xbox 360 here last year in Early feburary 2018 for 50 and it came with 2 Games and still works other pawn shops try to rip customers off with high prices thats not right fontana jewelry doesnt they are great and have low fair prices i stay in Rialto and most pawn shops out here sucks the mexican lady that work here was so Nice and helpful this will be my first choice pawn shop to buy from in the inland Empire great pawn shop and customer service
