  Amanda was super friendly, she made getting into our first home a breeze. She answered all of our questions and made sure we understood everything.   Amanda was amazing to work with! Not only did she help us with the mortgage but she also was a great teacher. This was new to me and didn't know a lot with mortgage lingo. Amanda was very helpful when explaining everything and making sure we understood before moving on. She also was very helpful in pointing me in the right direction on how to raise or boost my credit score to help with qualifying. I would recommend Amanda to everyone that is looking to purchase a home or even refinance.

  Amanda is nothing but amazing! We started our loan and everything looked easy, even though I had a missed a payment 12 months ago. The place we were going to go with, told us after about a week that they were not going to be able to do my loan because they needed 24 months of no missed payments. Amanda being the quick thinker, she had already started to find different options even before calling to tell me the news. After a few days we found a new loan place to do my loan and she was able to close my loan in around 2 weeks. If Amanda did not do what she did, we might be homeless right now. Our house was under contract and past the time frame of being able to back out. I would use her again with out question! She is an amazing person and made it feel like we were family with how much she cared about me and my family.

  I just completed a refi of my home in southern Utah..I was leery of going through the process even though the interest rates were so low, because I didn't want to deal with the paperwork and the hassle of finding documents necessary to complete the application. Amanda made the whole process so simple. If I had a question I could call or text her any time and she would respond almost immediately. Amanda was very attentive to my needs and kept me informed through the whole process. She truly tries to get you the best rate and best mortgage package for your situation. I highly recommend her.

  Amanda was so great to work with. She was quick to respond to us and was always so helpful. She made us feel as though we were her only clients although I’m certain we were not.   Amanda took great care of us explaining everything we needed to know about the loan process. We actually closed a week early because everything went so smoothly. She helped us get an awesome rate. She answered the phone nearly every time I called or responded very quickly. She was available evenings and weekends for questions. This was the 4th home we’ve purchased and the first time I’ve felt like I understood the numbers and got the best value with my loan.
