  We refi'd our house with Efstathia this month and it was a fantastic experience. She was always quick to respond to any questions I had and any concerns that came up. I am self employed so the paperwork for mortgages is daunting on a good day, but she made the whole process quick and painless. app to closing was done in about two weeks. We will definitely be using her in the future.

  Esther was a godsend to the process of purchasing my first home. She always has your best interest in mind, and i felt at ease to be represented by her. It was almost as if I had a mortgage broker and a lawyer in one package. She knows the ins and outs of the process from multiple sides, and ensures there is nothing present that can hurt you or the process. She is genuine but fierce when need be, this can be off putting to some you may encounter in the process, but a good thing to have on your side. I had a very difficult loan to begin with being a 203k Rehab. Esther still managed to close it in record time. Thank You Esther for everything.

  Best experience! Esther makes it happen... i just closed on my house today! It was a bit of an unusual process and while another mortgage broker turned me away because it was too much of a hassle to make, Esther pulled me in and was very encouraging and reassuring and she worked hard and did everything as smooth as possible for me, guided me on what would be the best way to go about my home purchase, she didnt merely help me get a mortgage and get approved, she also guided me and shared her very experienced knowledge which helped me make decisions i was torn about. Esther worked with me every single day, prompt emails, texts and phone calls... anytime of the day 10pm, 6am... saturdays, sundays... days she was supposed to spend with her family she still made herself available anytime i needed her or had any questions... she really made the process smooth for me... and today we closed the loop! This was one of those “too good to be true” process and part of me thought it wasnt really going to happen and that something would prob go wrong and the purchase wouldnt happen... but she made it happen... as any other home purchases there were little obstacles that came about and esther went above and beyond and solved all of the issues that came up, and through the whole process the enthusiasm and energy she put into the process it seemed like this was her own home purchase, really dedicated and she showed she cared! She will work for your best interests! I would certainly work with her again and sure hope im lucky enough to do so! Thank you!!
