  I was so hesitant to apply for a home because of the reviews, but I was more than pleasantly surprised! From the agent, to the office staff that handled our application, we felt the communication was clear, and immediate, and super courteous. We didn't even lease the home we applied for as a home in a different county altogether fit our needs better, but I felt they needed this review because they definitely earned it from us.

  The company has been great to me and my family I have lived with them for over 3 years. The Maintenance Manager Melissa has been awesome every time I place a request she gets it completed with 2-3 days. They make me feel like this is my home and not just a rent house. I look forward to staying for another 3 or more years!!

  We have really enjoyed renting from ALNA over the past year. They are very quick in responses to maintenance needs, emails, and general questions. They take care of their properties and more importantly, their clients. We will be staying thanks to great landlords!

  ALNA Management has been very great to myself and my family, they call to check in and make sure everything is okay and going well. They are quick to respond to any issues that come up. We just signed our 2nd year lease with them and we are very happy with this company!

  Maintenance has truly turned around in the past year and Melissa is awesome anytime I have an issue she calls me within 24hrs. Alna is attentive to all my needs and really care since COVID has happened they just call me to see if I am okay and if I need anything. They treat me like family!!

  I'm a tenant of over 3 years. I was interviewed for tenancy over the phone by a woman over the property managers. She knew of my rental history and financial situation and agreed to rent to my family. We recently became unable to pay as agreed and were eventually served eviction papers. As we were preparing to move, I received a call asking if we wanted to continue as tenants. I said yes and we worked out our past debt and will be moving forward as tenants. Alna is a company that is in place to make money but if you are a decent tenant they appreciate you. In the years I've rented through them I have seen property managers and maintenance workers come and go. There have been a couple times it took a while for them to complet a work order but a lot of that is beasuse of the staff and amount of work orders they have to complete and the distance they have to travel to me. The quality of the work is about what you expect when you are renting a home or apartment. They make the cost efficient choices that maintains habitability. I will say that maintenance has been better since Markevia and now Melissa have been over maintenance. As a tenant if you have an issue, try talking to someone at Alna first. They may surprise you. Thanks Alna. My family appreciates your company.

  My girlfriend rented from Alna management. We was in the home for a few years . They get the job done and worked with us when we fell a bit behind on our bills. We had to move cuz of my job and I wish my current landlord was like dem. This one don’t fix nothin. We appreciate you alna and as soon our lease up here we gona reach back out to you to rent one of y’alls unit again.

  I have been renting from Alna Management for 7 years I have never had a problem with them, when I need something repaired in my home, they always on it sending the guys out to fix the problem. Thanks Alna for a great job
