  We’ve worked with Daniel and D&H Lending several times over the past years. They helped us finance our first house in 2013 and then refinance our new house in 2021. I cannot praise Daniel and his team enough for the amazing customer service as well as stellar rates they were able to get us. Someone is always quick to answer questions and they are honest and helpful as they walk you through the process. We will be back should we need any home lending services again in the future!

  We only have great things to say about working with D&H Lending. From the start I spoke with Michal, and I had a lot of questions and a busy schedule. Michal was so great about working with me and patiently answering all my questions. He was so informative. Our title company was really impressed with how accurate our loan estimate was compared to the final loan number. We were kept updated on everything throughout the whole buying process, and I couldn't have asked for a better buying transition. I wish I had known about D&H when buying our first house, but we will definitely be using them again for any purchases in the future!

  The team at D&H Lending did a great job leading me thru my refinance. They have a great team of people standing by to answer all my questions and concerns. They are very transparent in very step of the way. I personally dealt with Michal he was very informative and to the point, the interest rate quoted at the beginning of the process was what we closed on. I would highly recommend D&H leading to anyone. Thank you again for a job well done!!!

  I have used D&H lending for both my new home purchase and refinancing needs with very positive outcomes. As a first time home buyer, I found David, Daniel, and the entire team at D&H Lending to be extremely professional and very efficient. From start to finish, directing me on what information I needed to provide, how best to do so, laying out the time line I could expect of the process, continuing with multiple updates through out the process, to basically "holding my hand" until closing, I can say that my experience with this team was nothing short of excellent. I had heard "horror" stories from friends who had an opposite experience with their mortgage broker and I was so thankful that was not the case with D&H. I felt so comfortable with them that I used them again for my refinancing and have referred them to family, friends, and business associates whom all have had similar positive experiences. Thanks D&H for all of your help and I look forward to working with you again on future deals.

  Representatives were very responsive with communication. Pretty easy experience with our home refi. Just some back and forth with uploading proper documentation requested. With the overall experience, minor thing that would have been huge was sending a notary rep to home with technology to sign all docs electronically. We’ve had that experience in the last with another lender. With this lender we had to show up to a title company and sign paper docs. All in all, best finance rate and a good experience.

  Michal was very helpful in explaining my options and executing our refi. It was a very smooth and communicative process while in the middle of the worldwide pandemic. The very small delay as markets were settling was communicated with plenty of lead time and with no changes to our funding. If this is the level of service to expect during these unprecedented times, then I could only imagine how great D&H is during normal course of business. Highly recommended.

  We just bought a new house in TX,D&H Lending did a great job helping us with the mortgage, they deliver as promised in terms of rate. Daniel, Carrie and all the others at D@H Lending were really helpful , they explain everything and they answer all our questions. We do not meet them because everything was happening online(as simple as it is). We highly recommend them! Thank you Daniel and everybody at D&H Lending!
