  Was doing some research around town with local gold buyers like Dallas silver and gold exchange, royal silver and gold. Apparently all three don’t know what they are doing, this pawn shop claims my gold gold coins (which were quoted for 250-300) are fakes be careful with selling/buying gold here other stuff they are good for. Maybe was trying to get me to sell for cheap thinking I didn’t know what I had but whatever the case just be alert (just read some customer reviews seems I’m not the only one concerned on how they treat customers)

  For years I have done business with this pawn shop that was recently bought out by another owner and I am so disgusted with them. We have been loyal to thus shop with our major purchases and also sending people their way. However, my last purchase was a 2013 apple computer that I Purchased for $750. I had it for 45days tops and when it wouldn’t power up I took it to the apple store and had a diagnostic report ran. I learn the ports were broken and the monitor wouldn’t power up. The apple store assured me this wasn’t something that my child messed up. It was defective. The guys assured me they would work with me and of course now the upper management has decided too bad for me and I just wasted my money. Wow just wow it really shouldn’t surprise me given the current climate of our country. Smh I will recover but you have just lost a loyal customer over a few hundred dollars.

  If I could give NEGATIVE STARS I WOULD!!! I sold my Apple Watch not knowing we were still making payments so I called and asked to just pawn it and I would buy it back but he made me wait until it was put up for sale to get it. One of the three managers there told me it would be safe, he wouldn’t charge me interest, and I could come get it in 21 days after I called. So I call, and guess what? MY APPLE WATCH WAS ALREADY SOLD. And they wont do anything to get it back. This place committed a robbery as far as I’m concerned. If you value your things and are in a tight spot, DO NOT GO HERE.

  I bought my Xbox here in 2018 and I still have it now with no problems I like it there.

  I used these people a couple times, shame on me, right! Called on last day to pick something up and asked if I could come the day after, told that would be fine, went in next day before noon and item was in the case to be sold!! Had to buy item back, cost me extra 40, maybe this review will cost them more. I also tried to call from out of town at one point to check when last pick up day was, didn’t have slip with number on it and was told they had no way to look it up without it, made me wonder how they would find it when I go in without slip??? But yet 2 days ago when I called and couldn’t find slip, the girl I spoke to said “just give me your phone number”. Apparently, the policies change daily!!!!

  Sold me defective guitar and refused to give me money back. Do not shop here they sell broken items and only offer store credit. The manager told me he was being generous offering me credit, after they refused to give my $180 back. Ive been shopping here for years and have never had an issue until new mamanagement. I will never spend my money here again, I'd advise everybody else do the same, or spend your money at a place that won't swindle you for $180.

  Wait of time. I ask for an item by phone if was there, I went to the store, I asked for a discount, and the attendant (not kind, not willing to make business), just told me, the price that you received is plus taxes, so I´ll take off the taxes. Usually, I´m receiving the total amount of the item, in this case was the strategy to say about a "discount", more than that he did not willing to do anything for a used product, trying to sell like new(no warranty). This seller do not care new customers, I wasted my time, gasoline driving there. I´ve been shopping in other pawn shops that they are willing to negotiate with the customer to SALE at the end. Having happy customers. Anyway.

  I am so upset with their quality and customer service. This place operates in the most damaging way to a customers outlook on what a pawn shop should be like. The managers are worse than the regular employees which is incredibly annoying. They sold me defected laptops/ desktop computers in the past, I only delt with them again because I liked Jesse, but he has limitations. They will sell you items that are in horrible condition. They will not let you fax or email them any copies if you are unable to pick up your items, they still operate like it’s 1700s using old systems to operate their crappy business with their crappy management. The manager literally told me to “ go away I don’t care”, when I told him I’m a good client. Unbelievable. Close this place down.

  Worst experience ever. I was trying to make a pawn for the first time with descently nice electric tools. the lady asked for my ID and typed a bunch of stuff in the computer with it, then gave me my ID back, took my tools in the back of the building where I couldn't see and brought them back and said that they would only buy it for cash for a VERY VERY low dollar. Very shady and unfair pawn shop. Won't be going back

  I come into this place quite often to buy movies and other items I need or want. But after today I am appalled by the way they treated me. I came into the shop after just buying movies and selling an item to check on a price for an ultimate ears with Alexa and the guy offered me only $50 after the lowball amount of $10. I was kind of wondering why such a low price offered so I stuck around to show them the value of the speaker and because they looked up the wrong the Jesse chimed in then proceeded to say I was arguing with him. And kept telling me he plenty of the speakers just like mine which he only had one other Alexa all the other were old and outdated basically and he said he didnt sell them and also so he only had one with my capability and then proceeded to basically say I needed it more than he did that's why I wanted more money. And then I waited to inquire about the one they had and when I did Jon finished wrapping something up a gentleman had just walked in and he said he was going to help him first after I had been waiting I said something about it and then he said that he already helped me once. This place is the worst I've seen them treat others way they treated me I knew it was a matter of time before they did this to me. What great people that work at this facility!
