  Working with Allstate Mortgage was fast and easy. I was a first time home buyer and Adam was very thorough in his explanations and answered all of my questions. I would highly recommend Adam and Allstate Mortgage.

  BUYER BEWARE!! If you are needing a lender- go elsewhere!! Run don't walk! We had a great experience at 1st. Got a preapproval letter (2 actually cause we decided on a new construction). 2 months later... no loan no home and we had to give up our escrow! It was a sinking ship and the captain (Allstate Mortgage) blamed the musicians (underwriters). Finally had to get management to help cause our phone calls weren't going through??? Over the phone, Matt the manager promised to give it his best and 2 days later we ended up showing up in person cause we heard nothing back. He told us "well its not cause you don't have enough income...blah blah blah...2 days later we got denied cause our income was not usable cause we are independent contractors with a joint banking acct (what???) and have a new business. So it's a losing battle!! No cause now we can warn others! If you were burned by them call: the Florida department of business professional regulation...we will. If they get enough complaints they will be investigated.A prominent real-estate attorney has had many complaints about Allstate Mortgage and seriously encouraged us to follow through with contacting them. We will... we truly hope the word gets out and noone else suffers like we did.

  Nathan Giittinger and Matthew Tabacchi at Allstate Mortgage have been my go-to bank for myself and for many of my customers that invest in this fluid market for the last several years. These guys have a great work ethic and have extensive knowledge in their field. If you are looking for an investment lender, Nathan and Matt always stay ahead and on top of your deal. When it comes to funding an investment deal, time is of essence and you will not be left waiting on these mortgage experts.

  The People at Allstate mortgage are fantastic. Never found a group for helpful in trying to help you get into a home. Not having great credit in this day and age is pretty common. These folks can help. Thanks Allstate Mortgage

  It only took Nathan two minutes to walk and round my project at Nutri-Veggies Farm at 3011 se hwy 42 Summerfield Fl 34491, to approve my loan. Quick, easy, very professional. Thanks all staff of Allstate Mortgage and Nathan.

  I had the worse experience with this company. Rosa Rodriguez is the lender working in my file and that woman never explains anything, don't answer her calls, never calls you back, takes forever to replies emails. I'm at the point with 2 hard inquires in my credit report, because of that lower credit and i wont be getting my loan wish i was in the final process already and all because she couldn't take the time to explain the process to me and prepare a case with me for the bank and all that because my loan wasn't the biggest amount and I'm sure she was leaving me to the end just to focus maybe in loans with more money. Be careful with this company people. I will post my horrible experience all over the internet so people can be aware of the unprofessionalism of this company.
