  Changing banks. I'm sick of the bank reordering transactions for their benefit. The last draw was them holding a paycheck from my account for a week because of a "forged signature ". They told me I needed to have the check reissued by my employer. However, they took the money from my employers account anyhow. This made it very difficult to get funds into my account. Good riddance.

  Most of the time, I have had excellent experience with the drive through, & the person who is normally there is such a joy and always remembers my name. BUT... every time a 'service manager ' fills in they find some minor insignificant detail that causes a refusal of a deposit & thus a complete waste of time. For example; a money order that an elderly person placed their signature on the front of, on the wrong line. A money order that according to law was bought with cash in the amount indicated. But this Manager refused to honor it because the elderly person put their signature in the wrong place because she can't see well...Seriously? Luckily the branch down the road honored it like always. Luckily, the multi million dollar corporation I do these transactions for, is looking into changing who they bank with in Ocala. Way to go, service manager Tina. Thanks for wasting my time but its with gratitude that your refusal didn't also cost an elderly person to also waste her precious hard earned limited income and time as well. You guys need to stay up front greeting people at the door or behind the desk & leave the teller's job to them!

  The only bank I know that charges you to cash their own checks. And a $7.50 charge to boot. I can go to Walmart and they only charge $3.00 absolutely ridiculous:(

  Select another bank. Not the best place in Ocala to do banking. The location is convenient. I still maintain a small checking account there just for the purpose of having an account not many are aware of.
