  The associate manager, Thurman Smith was very polite, professional and helpful. His knowledge and professionalism was amazingly outstanding and he was able to answer every question I had with a high level of patience. I have already started recommending this company to others!

  Oh the employees are real nice until your home has a natural disaster and your wife has brain surgery and they call and call with harassing phone calls and spoke to my wife disrespectfully whom is a disabled veteran who has just under gone brain surgery and asks to cease and desist phone calls so she could recover and we could get caught up with our bills. We lost our entire home (5acres) and my wife had brain surgery from a recent car accident. To only be met with absolute disrespect. If you can go any where else to get a loan I would advise do that. This place is a disgrace. If I could I would give them 0 stars. Their rating is a joke.

  Mariner was there to provide exactly what I need when I needed it!! I was able to request, get approval, agree on a loan amt & sign all documents in one day - over the phone!! Thurman over at the Ocala, FL branch was a Superhero!!

  Mandy was awesome . We talked on the phone and got everything set up before we even had to go to the office to sign our contract, when we got there we were for approximately 30-35 minutes and we were done and gone. THANKS Mandy for the great service.
