  Every time I come here I have a experience. The tellers provided my account information for a non owner last year and now they never research to check a history of checks before they tell you they cannot do it. I feel like they look for more reasons why not to cash a check then to do it. My member experience has not been a very great lately. The one Killian is making up new rules inconsistent with the practices of the other branches every time I come there which is why I have moved almost all of my account relationships to Founders a few feet away.

  Have been a customer for almost ten years. I went through the drive thru and was very impressed about how quickly they were moving with all customers coming through drive thru due to covid-19. Awesome bank.

  They have no problem victimizing the victim! They distribute counterfeit twenty dollar bills in their ATM's. This happened to both me and my mother in law...different ATM's, different weeks. They refuse to exchange bills so basically hard-working folks are paying the price and AllSouth earns a cool $20 every time. Shame! I was literally told, "It doesn't matter who you talk to...you can fill out the form but you won't get any money back."

  The staff here give the impression that they are doing you a favor by handling your transaction. They are very important ... and you should not forget that. So, we switched to Palmetto Citizens, where it feels as if they like their customers.

  I'm gonna miss this location when they close for the new one it was soooooo much closer then the one they are building. Fast friendly service

  Not a fan of the bank itself, but the branch staff keeps me around. Lol. Way better than 1st citezens and BOA.
