  Well I am a "CURRENT EMPLOYEE," with Allied Solutions and I really like the management style here. The upper management team are so approachable, if there are any concerns that need addressing, all you have to do is bring it to their attention. The company also is proactive and innovative, having an environment of inclusion, understanding and giving incentives through friendly competitiveness .

  As a former employee of this company, I find it interesting that the only 4 and 5 star reviews are coming from current employees! Actual customers are giving the 1 star reviews, which is not at all surprising. This company has a horrible upper management team. There are several people that have no college degree that are in top positions and many college educated individuals who can't get past an entry level job because they aren't friends with those in power. If the clients knew how many times their customers data has either been breached or been close too it, they would cancel their contract immediately! A joke of a company!

  Paid vehicle off and placed storage ins on it as I was leaving for winter months. This company sent threatenening letters that they would put insurance back on and were unable to acknowledge release of lien letters from ins company, bank and me. In process of filing complaints with fatty general and CFPB.

  GRRR>>> Forget trying to get a problem resolved! Wait time only 35 minutes, 40 minutes the 2nd time. They are a 3rd party call center, money grabbers with high school dropout employees! My bank had no idea how terrible this company treated me before I contacted my bank with details of all their BS.

  If I could give them a zero I would they partner with American Credit Acceptance by far the worst customer service aside from American Credit Acceptance I spoke with a manager I spoke with manager and and he would prefer not even talk to customers their phone number is nowhere on their documents I would give him a zero if I could I think it's bad business I don't like the way that they that they run things I have a complaint pending they don't even have an independent complaint department it's crazy
