  Great Mortgage Company, I have used them before, easy process, great communication. The ability to receive notifications of progress through their app was extremely helpful. The Two Mortgage Branch managers I have been involved with were Vincent Fiordilino and Dusty Mullen. Both kept keeping me informed and updated on the progress of my loan. This was the easiest Mortgage application and process I have dealt with.

  Did you ever feel the goal you set for yourself that you will achieve regardless of the obstacles? Even My bank, which I wouldn't quote, hasn't even bothered to read my registered credit application file for over three months. A friend advised me to look elsewhere. It was then that my wife and I contacted Celebrity Home Loans for pre-approval. I recommend this mortgage company to everyone. They are super professional with a short reaction time. You don't need to worry about the process. They take the necessary time to better explain to future owners. Today my two children, my wife, and I are happy to have a lovely house.   UPDATE (20.10.07): There was some confusion on my insurance policy should be set up. Duffy felt it should be a full homeowner's policy (even though it is a condo) while my State Farm agent felt it should be a condo policy. Neither could give me a straight answer, but we decided to go the safe route and have the homeowner's policy. Later on, my State Farm agent decided that it was foolish to have a homeowner's and switched to a condo policy, mailing that information to Duffy. However, Duffy never forwarded this information to PennyMac, who bought the loan, hence it was never updated. Duffy did not contact State Farm either to inform them that the loan had been sold, so I have to deal with this again, many months later. I would NEVER recommend working with Duffy to anyone. Even after all the missing payments had been resolved, I am still dealing with this insurance issue. Ryan Budreau had record of sending out the documentation to Celebrity Home Loans, but for some reason the latter decided not to forward it. Duffy had helped me with my previous loan when he was working with LHFS and reached out to me to refinance under his new company. It sounded great at first, but it has been a headache ever since. By the end of April, we had set up the pay off for the loan, but he failed to tell me cancel the autopayment for the month of May. So the loan was paid in full for the full amount plus the extra for May. I've tried to get a hold of Duffy a few times, but he keeps punting me back to LHFS. LHFS keeps telling me to call back later and later. Almost 2 months after the loan payoff, I finally have an answer. My issue is resolved, but Duffy was no longer helpful once my loan was sold to Penny Mac. Now, I just have to wait up to 30 days to have my check re-issued because the first one was lost in the mail. I understand that COVID-19 may have impeded resolution, but ignoring my messages was very unprofessional. I would not work with Duffy again in the future.

  Sorry to see your review Emmanuel. Once we mail the payoff to your prior company, it is up to that company (LHFS in this case) to refund any overage due to you. You called me 3 weeks ago and asked me the status of your refund? Again, I explained that you would need to call LHFS. Due to privacy, no company will give out any information to anyone except the homeowner. I did not ignore your messages. I did not hear from you after that ,so I assumed you got it handled- until I received your email today. I've tried to call you twice and went to voicemail both times. Again, sorry for your frustration and I'd love to discuss with you. I am available anytime on my cell phone.

  Pat Hammer and her team including Breana are great with communication and getting a loan done efficiently and without extra hoops that I had expected. We were able to finance our manufactured home with no problems! Thanks Pat!

  Every piece of this process was made as simple as possible. They very eloquently laid out the possibilities, our responsibilities and stayed available to provide feedback. I’m not doing business with anyone else as long as Tammy is available. Thank you again for everything you’ve done for us.

  Overall a great experience with this company. I have no complaints. Our whole transaction went smooth and as stress free as possible for purchasing a home. I would recommend them for anyone needing a home loan without hesitation.
