  The folks at Nicholas Financial are superb. I drove about two hours to get there for a refinance they had it all ready to go it was painless. They even gave me a gas card because of my long drive. I highly recommend them.

  Just called to obtain a payoff quote for a mutual client's automobile. Shocked by how easy and pleasant the experience was. I've dealt with a lot of financial institutions in my 7 years in the automotive sales business. This was by far the easiest obtaining a payoff has ever been. I wish all companies were run like this. Bravo.

  As a Finance Manager at an Auto Dealer, I work with many lenders. I have worked many of my deals through Nicholas Financial. Brian and Rachel are both incredible to work with. My deals get done in a timely manner, and my customers are happy that we could keep the financing within their budget. Often, I get feedback from my customers about their lender. I have yet to have one tell me the experience they have with Nicholas does not live up to their standard. Thank you for helping make my job easier.   customer service was excellent I talk to Shantell very nice, patient, help me as much as she could and very polite all at the same time. Every time she told me she would call me back she did. I was very impressed because this day and age excellent customer service is hard to come by I will absolutely recommend this company.

  We bought a car in the spring of 2014 and financed through Nicholas financial. There were two sets of keys (car is keyless so it’s an expensive fob). and the dealership only gave us one and stated that Nicholas financial would be holding the second set until the car was paid off because they needed a way to repossess it if we defaulted on the loan. After three years of making good payments we called and asked Nicholas financial if they would release the second key and we were told no. Now the car is paid off and Nicholas financial claims they do not have and never have had the second key. If they have never had the second key, why did they tell us we couldn’t have it when we called over a year ago and asked for it? If they didn’t have it, it seems like they would have said that rather than no. So I definitely would not do business with Nicholas financial.
