  The sign up process was as expected but they forgot to order me a card so I spent 5 weeks without a card. Then a whole month went by and their system went down on Sunday it’s currently Monday and I’m still locked out of my account. I went by the branch and they told me there’s nothing they can do. I do not recommend here if you use your bank account daily.

  I went on a not so good day and the lady I worked with was very patient and nice!! Although I was being really slow for some reason this lady was very patient! Very good service!! Glad to be a part of ACU!!

  My daughter worked with Alliance to refinance her vehicle from a lease to a purchase and the process was so smooth for her that I was prompted to refinance a vehicle that I was upside down on with them as well. The process was done almost entirely online and couldn't have been simpler.

  Andrew worked amazing with me and communicated every detail. Helped me with my auto refinance, and my credit card application. Wouldn’t have had it any other way!

  I had the worst experience I have ever had with a bank. Apparently if someone pays you with a check and it bounces they debit the entire amount out of your checking account. They took $375 out of our account and I talked to several different people on the phone and in person and none of them could even acted like they cared. I just can't believe they charge the entire amount of a check to you that you didn't write. I do not recommend this bank to anybody.

  My boyfriend came here to start a new checking account, and of course he has a few questions about the paper work, to which he has no one to ask because they are all laughing and talking to each other in the back (I know because they put no effort in trying to be quiet whatsoever). We both watch a man standing in line, patiently waiting for a good five to ten minutes before having to call out to them. Of course, they're being too loud to hear, so he bangs on the desk a couple times and not even after that does someone come to help. Would have loved to talk to the manager, but she was in the back as well, talking loudly and laughing with her coworkers. I love the Alliance bank, but the one on this location was so disappointing.

  I was a huge fan of yalls until 4 years ago when I lost my job, lost my apartment, was forced to give up my pickup, and then you guys wanted to charge me $80 in fees for a $10 overdraft. Mind you all my family has always financed our vehicles and I had financed 3 with you guys already in a period of 8 years. I offered to pay what I overdrafted but literally had no money to pay the $80. After speaking with several supervisors at the time no one refused to budge on yalls end. On Monday I went to open a checking account with you guys because I intend on buying another vehicle in 6 months and wanted through yall. Yall wanted to charge me another $34 fee (which I agreed to pay since I am financially stable now) and an additional $120 in fees in a period of a year (where yall lost me). Yall have lost all respect and so much business... over $10.
