  Customer service was ok. After declining the need for help in one area of the business I kind of got ignored in the area I was actually needing help in and ended up having to ask for help when I was the only customer in the store. Other than that the business was very well organized and very clean. At the sales counter the manager discounted an item I was wanting to purchase so over all I was pleased with my first experience inside of this pawn shop!! I will return to check out their array of merchandise! Thank you for the good experience hope this revue helps!

  I love this place so many guns!! Nathan is super knowledgeable about all kinds of guns and helped me pick just the right one. Its also the cleanest pawn shop iv ever been in and has a wide selection of products from purses to guns!

  Tina G. and the entire Staff at Pawn Texas are AMAZING! They are my "GO TO" location when it comes to any of my needs, especially firearms! Tina always goes out of her way to make sure my needs are met and she does so with a smile on her face and an outstanding attitude!!   Cleanest pawnshop in town. Cheapest FFL transfer in town. I love buying my guns online and getting them shipped here for $15. Also they have a lot of tools and jewelry. If your looking for that wow factor. This is the place to go . 🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼

  Hubby and I have come here to purchase tablets for our kids, a gaming laptop for our son, and firearms. They are professional, kind, knowledgeable, have a sense of humor, and have great prices. Would highly recommend coming here. Great people and great pawn shop.

  I've had a lot of dealings with Lubbock pawn on 19th Street very courteous and helpful staff when I needed them they've been there on emergencies great deals I would recommend to anyone
