  Thank you for the information about having the reverse in our Trust name, you saved the day. I can't believe that man said that the loan could be called if we put in Trust! To even say call the loan when we have followed all the laws and rules, paid taxes, HOA fees, INSURANCE, and more in advance one year every year for 5 years, he is lucky we don't sue him. We will have to rest a few months and think about getting a new reverse, as we are fine for 3 more years. We may decide never to do this again, rather sell in 3 years and go into a rest home as we are 75 and 79, how stupid of them, we won't live 10 more years with heart issues and parkinson!!! Thank you and if we decide to reverse again, we will use you!

  Dear Arlo... Just want to thank you for your clear and concise recommendation , on how we need to proceed with our pending project.. It was very comforting , to have the correct information on how we should approach our reverse mortgage lender . With all of these rules from HUD and the lender , it's good to know that there is a solid, & reliable source available, out here to help Seniors , sort through the red tape, regarding the ins and out of getting, and maintaining their reverse mortgage....   I investigated reverse mortgages myself, before looking for a lender.After reading the reviews of various companies, including the one doing the most tv advertising, I chose ARLO. I spoke with Mike Schuler, who was very helpful and answered any questions I had. He sent an application and the general rules and information about reverse mortgages, which were exactly what I had discovered on my own. It made me comfortable with the integrity of the company. We then worked with Theresa Lee the loan processor, to complete the requirements typically involved in a refinance. Theresa was extremely helpful in resolving a few glitches along the way.(which had nothing to do with them). Closing was held in our home, by Jennifer, and went very smoothly. the whole process took about a month, almost to the day that was originally anticipated. Money in my account 4 days later. Very pleased with the whole process and the professionalism and care of Mike and Theresa.

  I am amazed at how this company advertises itself, which is by offering a genuinely valuable service to people through answering their questions about reverse mortgages, including very individual, complicated and unique questions. And all free of charge! This is just ever so generous of the company to be doing this. The response that I receiveD, by the way, was incredibly detailed and through, and it totally resolved the quandary for me regarding what I should do. Thank you so, so very much!
