  Where to start…after reading these reviews iv come to the conclusion they are definitely (FLUFF) fake. Alecia is certainly the absolute most 2 faced individual I have had the unfortunate non pleasures of working with. She’s disrespectful and very sneaky with her tone, actions, and words. Customer service is a whopping 0%. I had a car loan for about 6/7 months they never reported to the credit bureaus. Not once. While I was out of town I started the process of switching car insurance providers for a lower rate. 2 days out of a 7 day waiting period while I was waiting patiently for it to kick in not driving my car, I was called by alecia she stated that my car was up for REPO. NOT for a late payment but because she saw I was uninsured for 2 days. If you want to build credit this is not the place. If you want to have freedom and have a straight forward loan this is not the place. If your looking to finance with a good company try carmax! I have nothing negative to say about randy he did his best to make up for alecias insolence every time. I do not recommend this company to anyone who dosent speak spanish YOU WILL NOT BE TREATED WITH RESPECT.

  Back in 2019 after my first car flooded these folks did me a TREMENDOUS solid going out on a limb and financing me on a 2017 Sonata when my credit was brand new, I was just starting a self-employed career, and nobody else would take a chance on me. These guys got me going to the point that today I could finance a new Camry. Now a year and a few months later I never did anything but change the oil (and one tire) on the car they sold me and my credit score is getting into the 700's having not missed a note. These guys will take care of you if you meet your obligations. I seriously can't thank Randy and the other staff enough for getting me set up the way I am right now.

  Where do I even start trying to review this company? First of all, I literally spent 20 minutes to get approved and another 5 to finish and get out the door. The absolute easiest car financing of my life. Randy wants nothing but great things to happen to his customers and it shows. Between Randy and Brenda at Auto Exam Certified Car Sales, I couldn't be happier with my car buying experience. Top notch staff helping others like me get into a great, affordable car. Will never go anywhere else. Thanks Randy!

  Randy and his staff helped me get three vehicle loans when my credit score was in the low 500's. He explained to me how these loans would help my credit score if I made all my payments on time. Two years later my credit score is almost 700, thanks to their reporting procedures to the credit bureaus! I even got a notice from Credit Karma that said "Congratulations! You made 24 on time payments to JETT Finance". Thank you again Randy for such an awesome experience in giving me solid true advice. Dan M

  They are absolutely amazing and actually care about helping people and getting them good cars. They partner with auto exam so they won't sell you a car that can't pass their inspection. Highly recommend going to these guys as they have helped my fiancé, my coworker and now myself get into great vehicles!

  Jett made my first truck buying experience a breeze! They go above and beyond to make sure that you’re getting the best deals possible. Extremely friendly staff that really work with your situation and budget! I would highly recommend them to any person looking to finance their dream vehicle!

  Every time I spoke with Randy he was professional and courteous. He answered all my questions. I have never had a better experience with buying a vehicle. It was so easy and fast we went through Randy for our second vehicle. Randy helped us get into the vehicles that we wanted and that worked within our budget. I would highly recommend Jett Vehicle Finance.

  There’s a lot of reasons people get bad credit. It’s not always bad decisions or careless spending or just choosing to not pay bills. Sometimes life happens to you and it’s not nice. When that happens all you need is a break. For someone to give to a chance to show that you work hard and you do handle your responsibilities, and that you just had some bad breaks. Before Jett Vehicle Finance, NO ONE treated me like I was worthy of buying a new car. Not a quality one form a good dealership. Because I had bad credit. Randy Martinez at JVF was the first person to even look me in the eye and say, “Hey, we understand bad credit isn’t always your fault and we wanna help.” That’s exactly what they did. They allowed us to get a loan with reasonable payments to start establishing good credit. That was their goal! They didn’t to see me pay off the life of that loan with them. They wanted to see me do better and get a better rate. They truly care about us and it payed off. We finally refinanced with a 3.9% interest rate from a credit union. Even better than that I can confidently say that JVF was the biggest key for me getting our credit built back up to the point were was able to purchase our 1st home a few weeks ago! Thank you so much to everyone at JVF for helping us achieve the goals we set 5 years ago when we first became a family. We will recommend to you guys to any and everyone looking for a second chance!

  They made sure that the vehicle I was purchasing was a safe vehicle that would last. Their expert inspection( better than dealership inspections) was quite impressive and made me feel fully confident I was buying a grest vehicle. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

  This is such an awesome finance company! Randy and Alicia are fantastic and super helpful! I jut financed a second vehicle with them and I am so pleased with the magic Randy was able to do to get the numbers right were I wanted them. If anyone is looking for a finance company, this is the one!!
