  Dave and team are truly 5 Stars! We just closed on our new home and had a fantastic experience with Dave as our lender. Over the years I have purchased several homes as well as done many refinances and can honestly say that Dave provided the smoothest and easiest mortgage process I have ever had! His follow-up and follow through is impeccable. In fact, our builder sales agent said that they have never had a mortgage lender follow up and stay on top of things as well as Dave and his team. I would highly recommend Dave if you are looking for a great mortgage lender!

  Dave and his underwriting team (we worked with Sarah) made the mortgage process the only easy one during our exhausting real estate journey. From beginning to end, they were extremely professional, courteous, responsive (we're talking <5 min response times to 90% of my emails), and patient (I probably sent way too many questions that I could have googled). For some solid proof of how efficient Dave and Sarah were, we went into underwriting on 5/5 with a target closing date of 6/1. I slacked a bit with documentation and provided the last ones the morning of 5/11. By evening of the same day, we were cleared to close. This gave us the option to have an offer-to-closing period of ~2 weeks, which competes with the timeframe for all-cash buyers. Dave is also well known in the industry and market we are in so getting preapproved with him boosted the competitiveness of our offer. TLDR Dave was all around great, would recommend, and plan to work with him again in the future. His rates are competitive & you won't find a more efficient team anywhere else.

  Dave and his team were instrumental in the purchase of our new home. Dave always answered my calls and spent more than enough time with me to help me understand the what and why of all my questions and concerns. His dedication and approach to getting us to closing was definitely a contributing factor to this being my most enjoyable home purchase of all.

  What an awesome guy!! My sister recommended Dave as a first time home buyer, and I was 100% satisfied. He is so patient, answers all of your questions, responds very quickly. Dave goes above and beyond any lender I've heard or dealt with. My brother used his service as well, 100% satisfied. Dave joins you at the Closing Table!!! What?! This is unheard of! Made things 10x more easier knowing we had someone with so much knowledge at our table. I wish we had more human beings like Dave. 5+ years after close...   My husband and I have worked with Dave and his team for our last three mortgage transactions since 2016. (Two conventional purchases and one amazing refinance) Dave closed our first loan seamlessly when all other lenders presented hurdle after hurdle, for our first mortgage with him in 2016. I was self employed at the time and it was stressful getting to the place required to buy our next home. Dave walked me through the best path to success and we closed a few weeks later! We worked with him again in 2018 and 2020 and each experience has been flawless! He really is the absolute best in the business, and I wouldn’t trust anyone else with such a major transaction. I have recommended several friends and family to him and will continue to do so until he retires. 😂

  Dave and his team were exceptional to work with throughout our home-buying experience. We were new homeowners, and Dave walked us through each step of the way. We switched from a FHA loan to a conventional loan, and Dave and his team were so helpful and quick to respond to questions. He checked on us weekly and was quick to respond to questions.
