  The people at All East Mortgage are phenomenal. When we looking to refinance our existing mortgage, they were the ones we found to be the most honest and straightforward out of all the institutions we had contacted. Brian explained everything to us in language we could understand and got us a great rate. We closed quickly and seamlessly and they took what was perceived by us as a daunting process and made it comfortable and manageable.   Brian and his team at All East Mortgage ROCK! Definitely will use them in the future (re-fi) and have and will continue to refer/recommend him to family, friends and colleagues. He is very knowledgeable in his field of work, executes with precision, flexible with greenhorns like myself, and ultimately delivers a quality product to the home buyer! From my initial contact with Brian he was and maintained easy access to himself and his team, explained in detail how the process works step-by-step (until I understood), documents required, and approximate closing timeframe (turned out to be consistent and accurate).

  All East Mortgage Advisors LLC assisted me refinance my primary residence. I was pleased with the whole experience. Brian and team were very communicative throughout. E-signing tools made the process very easy. I always felt the team had my best interest in mind and worked to get me the best deal possible. Closing was seamless despite the hurdle of Covid.

  I am in the process of going through a new home purchase and I have been working with Brian. We have done everything remotely so far since I was a referral. It amazes me how fast that he gets back to me with info and so far they have had the best rates for mortgages. I needed to do a quick close and he had no problem meeting the date that I requested that was way before the norm.

  I used All East Mortgage Advisors to obtain a loan to purchase a condo. The loan process started right as the pandemic lockdown was in place. Brian and Brandi were terrific. Going to a full virtual model without any issues or problems. Brian and Brandi were professional, responsive and guided me through the process during a very stressful time.
