  I had a great experience with the BayState team on Mill Street in Worcester. Michelle and Peter were helpful and made me feel comfortable going through the process getting my line of credit! Great communication and highly recommend supporting local businesses like BayState Savings.

  I love banking at the Burn coat St. facility and Jayme is a wonderful Manager. He is courteous, polite, responsive and very much a customer friendly individual. I had the pleasure to deal with him and his friendly staff on multiple instances and I have always felt being genuinely taken care off each time.

  The branch workers are super nice, but their on-line banking is horrible. And not a single representative on after hours to help if you get locked out of your account. They really need to join the 21st century.

  If you’re looking for a new bank, I would highly suggest BayState Savings bank on Burncoat St. I’ve conducted business at many different branches, with several larger banking institutions and I must say I’m very pleased with the genuine attention and friendliness I’ve received from the entire staff at BayState on Burncoat St.

  People who work here are awesome. Always nice and really helpful. Branch manager great. But, the ATM is hardly ever working.

  This bank has had there atm down for WEEKS. I never will use there services again because it’s a waste of time to drive there and have there atm down everytime.
