  Alex was amazing! It really does make a difference having someone willing to go the extra mile when financing a home. He set us up on the Fitzgerald Portal after our first meeting and communicated clearly what we would need to get pre-approved, then presented us with multiple loan options so we could make an informed decision. Given the competitive market, he worked with us to ensure our financing would make our offer desirable to the seller by working towards a faster closing. He also sent a video in with our offer to attest to our qualifications as borrowers and the seller said that was what tipped the scales! After our offer was accepted, he worked tirelessly to make sure we closed on-time, even after some issues came up in an inspection report. After searching for homes since last summer (2020), it was great to have such a dedicated professional looking after our loan process from start to finish.
