  My advice to anyone buying a home would be to use a mortgage company or mortgage consultant to help you find the loan that best suits you and your financial situation.And if you don't have a mortgage guy, I would strongly recommend Alex Castillo. He knows the business and will help getting you the best deal possible. Even after your deal is done and you have moved into you new home, he continues to follow up to make sure everything continues to go as planned. "Service after the sale" is a could way to put it.
