  I just purchased my first home! This January 2021 I purchased and closed my first home and I am very happy with my lender! Anne Elizabeth with Sente Mortgage was very professional and knowledgeable throughout the whole process. She was very clear with everything and showed me all my options to make the best decision for my investment. I learned how to purchase points for a better interest rate. Highly recommend!

  My wife and I have had the pleasure to work with Anne Elizabeth when we made our purchase of our home. We had worked with another lender (Quicken) and were very unhappy with their service. Anne Elizabeth is the absolute best in the industry! Anne Elizabeth has phenomenal customer service skills and is extremely well versed in the mortgage business.   As a first time home buyer, I had plenty of questions and concerns , the process was challenging, but very rewardable , Ann Elizabeth (since our very first day communicating) made things clear and simple for me to have a better understanding; expectations were set and met in a timely manner and know I am glad to announce I am happily a home owner. To those first time home buyers, don't hesitate to ask questions, be prepared financially, follow the required steps and submit back up documentation.   I am so happy I found Anne Elizabeth to help me on my journey to buy a house in San Antonio. Anne Elizabeth was on top of everything. She was aways available to answer questions and made time to call me if I wanted to discuss on the phone. She was prompt with her email replies. She explained every step of the process so I understood what was happening. I have a school loan and it may have been an issue due to debt to income ratio, but she found a conventional loan that worked with my school loan. Anne Elizabeth met with me in person and went to my closing. I had her support every step of the way. I've even had a few questions after closing and she continues to be there to answer them.   Anne was assigned to be my lender in June 2020. We didnt close until Aug 2020, with multiple, hair pulling, annoying obstacles. Literally from one issue to another. I am in 760s, with a government guarantee, with 0 debt, and we were still getting issues that were out of our control. She helped me secure and clear to close on my loan. Most lenders, after they are done with your loan, they move on to the next customer. Here we are, 3 months later, after we closed. I am having issues with my escrow account and she is still on it, as if, we are still under contract. I pushed it to the side from the initial date that I reached out to her, and days later, when I didnt put any focus on it, I received a email that she has been running around trying to resolve the issue for me. If she is not, which I doubt, best lender out there, I dont know who is. If you want to be taken care of, get Anne Elizabeth Matthew do to your loan.
