  Overall, the whole process was quick and easy. From application to closing, it took a lot less time than we expected. Matt was accessible by either phone call, text, or email all throughout the process no matter what time of day or night. Whenever we had a question he would respond in minutes. He also made sure we were informed of what was going on in each stage of the process. I shopped around for rates from credit unions but none of them could beat what ALCOVA offered us. But what really made our decision to go with ALCOVA is the personal customer service that Matt gave us. Matt made us feel like real people instead of a mortgage application number. Also, would like to give a big thanks to Jason Helmintoller for all his help and connecting me with Matt.

  ALCOVA mortgage is awesome! I worked with Jonathan Sweat. I felt cared for and that he was looking out for me, a single mom buying a new construction home. I was even linked with a great real-estate agent to sell my old home and an insurance broker. Everything was such a breeze. Jonathan knows some really good people. ALCOVA's website was so savvy and user friendly, I never had to run around managing a lot of paper. I could easily upload all of my documents and I received real-time updates, so no guessing if my documents were received or if I missed anything. It was so organized I was truly impressed and grateful for their service.
