Elizabeth Doolittle1Dealing with Truist is the worst banking experience I have every had. Now you can not even call and talk to someone at the local branch without first setting an appointment. Today they charge my savings account $500 for something called Forced Pay Debit Memo Rec offset. Does anyone know what that is?

Scott Cormell1Absolutely the worst customer service experience from a bank EVER. If you use Trust, DON'T USE THIS BRANCH. if you are considering going with Trust as a new bank. DON'T.

Tom Moring1The drive through is a twenty minute wait every time. I go into the lobby, there are two tellers on the drive through, four others behind the counter but only one working the counter. There is one at a desk helping a customer. There are two in an office behind me laughing and sharing photos on their phones. A lady walked by and said they will be with you in a few minutes. I said with this many people working you think service would be faster.

Rick Ashwell1I have been trying to settle an estate for my spouses father, he had little to no assets at the time of this death. Suntrust happened to be a bank he had an account with. On our initial visit they wanted the Death Certificate, right to execute the estate etc, all of which we had, he had a whopping balance of 34.00 left in his account they cut a check and it had 2 parts that look identical, we somehow misplaced the REAL check and when we tried to pay the funeral home on the bill we found it wasn't a check at all but what they refer to as our copy, the document looks exactly like a check it states at the top it is an Official Check, at the bottom it states this is not a Check Non-negotiable, although it states "Pay to the order of " Memo area and all other components of a real check. When we contacted them they refused to void the misplaced/lost REAL check and said we had to wait 10 days, the funeral home must prepare a notarized document stating they didn't get the check, or appear in person at the bank, all this for 34.00. All they state is this is their policy with no regard for the customer, they are essentially holding 34.00 of a dead mans money and refuse to return it to his heir unless we play by their rules and jump their hoops. I would avoid this bank like the plaque if they get any of your money good luck getting it back unless you play their game. I am reporting them to the BBB and considering filing a small claims case against them. BEWARE of SUNTRUST.

Maple Zhu1This bank branch has some of the rudest people in it. Every single time I have bad experience. When you walk in or drive-through they look at you with disdain like you are a criminal. Impolite and expressionless. It feels too bad.

Kevin Kroll11 star. I've never heard anything good about this bank. Stopped by to see if they offered notary service, was informed they do... for MEMBERS. Everybody just standing around twiddling their thumbs, yet policy or whatever trumps common sense and customer service. I didn't need a deed or car title stamped, just a basic form. Went to Wells Fargo, had to wait 15 minutes because they are always busy (probably because people actually bank there), super nice.

Ryan S5I recently went here and got great advice about credit and how to finance my car. I was also able to get a free safe deposit box because of where i work. Tellers were helpful and patient with me.

Jamal Hamood2I called to ask if they had a "Notary Public" on site. After holding for several minutes, I was asked if I had an account. I told them no, but I would be glad to pay a fee for the service. I was told that unless I was a member, they could not help me. I said thanks and hung up. The agent had a bit of an attitude. I was considering opening an account there depending on my experience with them.
