They communicated every step of the way and were extremely helpful and willing to even zoom or screen share to help us get the correct paperwork for them.   Blake recently helped me refinance my home, and the process was very easy. He listened to my goals with refinancing and gave me several options discuss the pros and cons of each op thing. We did everything online or by telephone and about 1 month after I first called himi have a new mortgage with a much lower interest rate!
