  Just stay away. Be very cautious of fake reviews for this place. HORRIBLE customer service. I've been on hold for 28 minutes now and haven't spoken to a single person yet. This is not the first time this has happened. Customer service doesn't have a clue what is going on. You will get transferred back and forth and waste even more time. There are PLENTY of financial institutions that will approve you and help you refinance your debt, get a credit card, etc. Don't get pulled in thinking that they are aimed at the younger generation. While on hold I have heard horrible grammar and statements that make me want to cringe from the automated recording. For example; "We've made it super easy... blah blah blah" What professional recording for a business uses terms such as "super easy" this place truly is a joke. Take your business elsewhere.

  I’ve been banking with Rva Financial for a little over a year now. (Checking & Savings) I have absolutely no complaints. Also , I had what I thought was an issue with one of my accounts I called them up and Tiffany “Tibby” Darden was very helpful. Tibby’s level of professionalism and knowledge about my inquiry made me feel valued as a customer. I greatly appreciate the way they conduct business!!!

  Just wanted to stop on here and let you know how great and helpful Kevin was today. He was very in tune and provided great customer service with assisting me with the issues I was having with my debit card. I only wish that it was a way to not have to hold so long to receive the super customer service I received from Kevin today.

  Branch manager Tanisha Jackson is awesome!
