  Martin and his team were amazing to work with. I had a unique and somewhat difficult financial situation and Martin worked closely with me on my options helping me get into a home I really wanted. His entire team was extremely responsive through the entire process and I haven't worked with a finance group with better communication. They were even ready to close 2 weeks early.   Paul and his team did a great job getting us into our new home! At first we were feeling nervous, anxious, and overwhelmed. My husband and I had a few mishaps and thought those mishaps would have not gotten us approved. Our lease to the home we were renting had already gone up and we had to keep extending our stay due to having the closing rescheduled several times. We told Paul we wanted to give up BUT he told us no, we are not doing that and my team and I are getting you into this home! He just kept telling us to stay positive. We were overwhelmed BUT finally we received word from Paul and his team that we we were approved! My husband and I are extremely appreciative for Pauls hard work and calm demeanor (and for keeping us calm). We are loving our new home and are so thankful for Paul and his team.

  Martin made huge promises and gave aggressive advice without knowing all the details. He failed to process our appraisal in a timely fashion, and left us the day before the diligence period ended scrambling. Nothing but excuses and fast talk. Buyer Beware of Martin B.!
