  My experience with them was great. They care about making sure that you are comfortable with everything that is going on and don't push you to go for a monthly payment that you can technically afford, but is higher than you want to pay.

  The runaround was absolutely unprofessional! Weeks were wasted only to be passed off to another team member (Lucas) from a team member (Troy) that supposedly had already done what they started doing all over again! Colin was who was recommended to us, but we never heard from him at all. We could not get straight answers on anything, but kept being told everything is ok with no concrete answers. We are moving from out of state and are no closer to having a home when we get there than we were when we started. Beware!

  The Colin and Lucas team in NC are a dynamite duo. They have represented Fairway with excellent customer service that just can not be matched. I don’t even know what better customer service looks like. I wish I had a magic option/box to click that made a message automatically appear on everyone else’s screen anytime they Google for a lender. If this auto-message existed, the alert message would say, “STOP. JUST CALL FAIRWAY.” It’s a matter of happiness or misery. Don’t make the mistake and pass this review and pick someone else. That will be a HUGE mistake. ✅Zen✅Empathy✅Communication✅Sincerity✅

  We had the most pleasurable experience with Catt Fleetwood, Charlotte and Jason from Fairway. I would recommend them to anyone! They work fast and keep communication open at all times.
