  The most unorganized Capital servicer I have ever dealt with in my career. After receiving an email offering, I thought I would give them a shot on a new home build after 2 weeks of documentation requests, they waited until the 12th hour and at the expiration of our due diligence period, to request additional documentation that would take at least a few days to put together. After I was repeatedly told that "everything looks good" "we are good to go" and "we should have a commitment letter to you shortly." I could have lost thousands of dollars in escrow. Needless to say the deal fell through and I canceled our application with them. I will never use them again nor will I refer them to any of my partners..
