  We were referred to Steve by a mutual source, and he was fantastic to work with. He is knowledgeable, honest, responsive, and cares about his customers and their needs. He is backed up by an awesome staff (hi Christy!) as well. They made our entire refinance process completely stress free. I would 100% recommend anyone use them for a new mortgage or refinance. They are great!

  I've asked Steve to quote several homes as a part of the competitive quoting process ALL buyers should follow. If you want to get more than one quote and make sure the terms of your loan are in your best interest then Steve isn't your guy. You can just "take his word for it", or shop around and get the best deal for you.

  Without a doubt, the easiest refi/home purchase we have ever had. Jennifer was amazing! We couldn't decide if we were going to purchase a new home or refinance our current one and she ran different scenarios until we made our decision. A great team and just a smooth process all around.

  Steve was recommended by my Real Estate Agent Amy Hiott. From our first meeting I knew I would enjoy working with Steve. He was up front and explained the entire process for me. I was buying my first house and came in knowing pretty much nothing. He answered all if the questions I had and all of the ones I wasn't smart enough to know I needed to ask. He was there through the entire process and was never Olof contact. His entire team was great. Very happy with my decision.

  Steve was amazing. I read all his reviews before contacting him after he was referred to me by my realtor. He took the time to explain the entire process to me after I mentioned it was my first time buying. He made himself available as best he could to answer any questions that may come up, came up with various scenarios for me to help me figure out how much I could afford and what I would like to spend. 10/10 would work with him again and recommend him to my friends and others to use.

  My wife and I just bought our first house with the help of Steve and his company. They proved to be an excellent help throughout the process and they did a great job of determining the best mortgage rates/lenders and working through the paperwork with us. They were very quick with processing the loan paperwork for closing, patient with last-minute changes to our policy, and very fair when unforeseen circumstances arose. We highly recommend them.

  Steve and his team are fantastic! They work hard to answer all of your questions and walk you through the loan process. They were always available to answer all of our questions anytime of the day or night, including weekends.   Guy has a bad attitude. Asked for a simple quote and was told, "Yeah I don’t function that way. I am a relationships guy. If you are looking to see who is 10 bucks cheaper then it’s not worth my time. You shop around enough you can fine someone 10 bucks cheaper. Good luck. Hope it goes well "

  Yes when you send out a blanket email to a large number of lenders we lose motivation to work with clients like that. Your email was an obvious cut and paste you blasted out to countless lenders. We dont get paid to run quotes and it costs us time and money so when clients like you do that we typically dont bother wasting time or money. Try owning your own company where you have to watch costs and you will get it some day.
