  Was told I was a scumbag for having a Peleton. Company called me during a Peleton ride (which I’ve owned for 5 years). My lawyer called back…. These dudes are threatening and unapologetic about it. Their call center manager (apparently John,) is a pushover and claims people are “good in interviews” F this company. Deal with them the only way you should. Credit consolidation

  These people keep calling me. I have asked them to send me a letter for the debt and they will not. I tell them I'm unable to pay anything and then will say well since you will not try, I will report you or it's your credit. They will constantly harass you and if you say you cannot pay or ask for a letter than they call you out your name.

  I have a loan with there client. I made an arrangement to pay but in April I got covid and have been sick since than and not working nor receiving an income. Asked me personal at that I don't need to answer I said I gonna k to work this month said they can't sit on it and send back to their client as refusal to pay. I have told them this i4 times and now they call my stepdad and tell them why they are calling obviously the are not aware of the fair credit reporting act and leaving such a message is not legal due to privacy issues. Not professional at all I say I can't pay calling others isn't going to get me to pay. I am working with the ones who treat you with respect and are willing to work with you. I don't care for or trust is company.

  Called me several times asking for someone who is not me. I called them back and kept asking them to take me off their list and they replied that they "never called" before, when I have their number in my recent call list for the last few days. Will be swiftly reported to the BBB if continues another time.

  Called, left a message stating owed debt for a person whom does not live at this number that I have had for 17 years. Further stated deadline to respond as a time, presumed to create anxiety and mistake by unsuspecting person. Appears and feels like a baiting scam. Please be safe.

  Definitely a scam! Called and said I had a debt and I KNOW I don't owe anyone right now. Didn't say what company the debt was from and didn't state my name when leaving the message. Don't give them your last name let alone a dollar!

  They called ME and emailed me photos of “hot checks” that were apparently written by me. The checks were clearly not written by me. Not my name, birthday, or DL # but they were belittling me to try to get me to pay these checks. Scam and fraud company. Unprofessional and talk down to women.

  I know many people may have had a bad experience with Advance Capital Solutions, but I have to say that they have been nothing but VERY professional with the debt situation that I was in. It was a debt that I was liable for and they were only trying to do their job to collect a debt.

  This white boy called me about a bill he never said where the bill was from. So I gave him a ear full and disconnected the call. I told him that I have not worked in 3 yrs. He had the nerve to ask me why I didn't work. Then he sent me a text message stating that I have a car. I don't have a car and I can't pay for a car without a job. I didn't know that know that a company could run someone credit without their permission. I will be contacting me a lawyer.

  Keep getting harassing phone numbers from "Marcelle M" even after a request to stop. Used derogatory comments and telling me that if we didn't want to hear from him we shouldn't have requested a call. We not only never requested a call but we've never even heard of the company. Called once and I nicely asked to stop calling and then continued to call back. If this business is real or not I don't know but I wouldn't recommend doing business with people like this.
