  This bank is absolutely terrible. They are extremely shady and unprofessional. It is impossible to reach anyone beyond the secretary unless you are first inquiring about a loan. I do not recommend using this lender for your mortgage or construction loan unless you want your credit ran multiple times without your permission. They will also give you an interest rate much higher than other banks (approx. 1.5% higher). Avoid this bank at all costs. There are much friendlier, quicker, easier to reach lenders in the area. Premier Bank (previously known as Home Savings Bank) has been my worst experience ever with a lender. The loan officers, especially Doug Featheringham, are a nightmare to deal with.

  Customer Service is wonderful with replying to emails, and seem nice. I however, unfortunately work the same hours they are open, so I am unable to call or even go to a branch. It would be nice to have the ability to pay a loan through this bank through a portal instead of having to send it snail mail as they are so unreliable. I sent a payment in 2 weeks ago, and it's still not showing as posted. I am unable to have another bank account, so creating one at this bank is not an option.

  So many great services available at this bank! I have all my accounts here, except for the money I am hiding from my husband! You will not find kinder, more caring people at a bank. BTW, the drive thru is spectacular, almost never a line.

  I have had a very horrible experience with my credit card investigation!.. I have been a loyal customer for years, I paid my bills on time and ahead of time on some occasions. My account was hacked and money was stolen not only from this account but another. Thank God for credit card faud protection plan right?!?!?..NO WRONG! Not only did the investigation go horribly wrong the lady was ruled and very unprofessional. With my investigation I was only paid a portion of the refund which was reverse and they added my own payment UNBELIEVABLE!!.. So not only did someone stole from my 1 permier bank added charges from my payment!..ThIs This has made a negative impact on my credit report and cause me alot of unnecessary stress.
