  I used to rave about how amazing this bank was. Not anymore! My account was closed without my knowledge over my savings account being $15 in the negative. I live 7.5 hours away from the closest branch and was advised the only way they could help me is if I drive there or mail in a deposit. They will not allow me to go to a shared banking location 15 mins from my house. Nor restore my app long enough to do a mobile deposit. I’ve never been so amazed by smart*** responses and the lack of effort by a team. Now I’m on the fence of whether to make the account right or walk away and say good riddance! “One of the employees said to me, “It was your choice to open account so far away from you”. Seriously, what an embarrassment to the company.

  We have been members here since they opened in North Canton. Kim has helped us along the way she has gone above and beyond for us she has become like family to us. Karen has also helped us with whatever we have thrown at them over the years. Great rates for loans and great service. Love 717 Credit Union.

  The loan officer was friendly and professional and listened attentively to what I was looking for and needed. Seven Seventeen CU helped us realize a wish of owning a newer vehicle than we had in 30 yrs. They worked with us to pre-approve an auto loan we could afford without stress. I am very grateful for their assistance.

  Karen was very quick and helpful in getting us an answer concerning a refinance of our car. She was able to meet all of our needs. She was very easy to work with and I enjoy talking with her.

  I posted a review a year ago stating that this credit union has been nothing but problems. Here today to tell, this credit union is absolutely bottom of the barrel trash. Do not open an account. Stayed for several years, so I did give them a chance. I will be leaving this credit union this week. Do NOT open an account here.
