  Not surprised to see the majority of reviewers feel the same way about their experience here. From the first time I went in to borrow, to the most recent time, the employees have made this, seemingly embarrassing transaction, a simple and painless process. Lisa, in particular, has always delivered the highest of customer service. Lisa is very professional and kind, and she takes the time to make sure you thoroughly understand all the details of the entire transaction. Most definitely a judgement free experience.   Lisa made things so easy for me to get exactly what I needed, made me feel welcome and comfortable. You know because sometimes its a little embarrassing asking for a loan && she was engaging yet still handling bussiness all in a timely manner. Awesome personality && great for costumers like myself. This is deffinately the go to place for help without being judged and get attitude from other places.

  Lisa is great, I remember when the company decided to go paperless. it was change, and I didn't adapt well to the tablet on the counter Lisa was professional and very patient helping me through the process. And continues to help me to this day. I appreciate her. - Cynthia R

  I had the pleasure of being helped by despina the other day, she is very professional and provided 11/10 guest service. I almost wanna take out another payday loan just to see her again!
