  My experience in this branch was absolutely positive. A few weeks ago I came here to get more information on the process. I was already frustrated when I walked in, but Amber, wow, she was very patient and polite, she walked me through the entire process, explained to me the different options available and assisted me in a professional manner. I look forward to working with this business again.

  I was in a difficult situation that led me to having to go here so I was already in a mood and probably not the kindest of customers at that point. BUT, the staff was AMAZING! Not only did they provide me excellent customer service and get me what I needed, but they turned my mood completely around! I was smiling and laughing by the time I left! If you have to ask for someone, ask for Amber...she is THE BEST!

  The young man Adam, who stated he normally works in Gainesville, is absolutely the rudest most arrogant young man I’ve ever had to deal with. If his manager happens to read this, Adam is in serious need of customer service training
