  I had a superior professional experience at this location. I was helped by Megan and she was so patient with the whole process. This was my first loan and and she really took the time to explain how everything worked. I was also treated with respect and a high level of customer service that surely surpasses mediocrity. If I ever need any more assistance I know where to go first. Thank you so much for your positive energy and service!

  I've been coming to Merrillville for years but I'm disappointed at this location because Monday I waited from 12pm until 3pm for the store to open cause they where close and I needed a loan, but to my surprise the store never opened, I'm aware they're always short handed but not to the point that they have to close down for so many hours. so at the end I had to drive to check and go to get a loan. I'm definitely not coming back to Advance America I hope the owners do something about this problem. They have to; hire personnel and pay their employees more money or what ever has to be done to maintain this location open when needed

  I have been coming here for a few years and Vivian is awesome she’s very professional and courteous. Her assistant Debbie is very soft spoken and kind. I will definitely recommend Advance America. Ladies keep up the great work.
