  Morgan likes hanging up the phone on me every single time I call them she will act like she can’t hear me as well she’s such a rude person I will never do business here because of Morgan everyone else can hear me and don’t hang up it’s only her !!! Quit ur job if u don’t like answering questions on the phone period !

  I had the pleasure of working with Kelsey yesterday. I have never gotten a loan before and not only did she help me with every step but she was incredibly patient with me and very knowledgeable as she answered all my questions. Because of her I wont go to any other loan place when times get tight. I had a very rude manager at check city on El rancho named Joy that almost deterred me from going to any other loan place. Im glad I went to Advance America and I am so grateful to Kelsey and all her help.

  Morgan is a peach. Payday loans are a bummer, and the errand to responsibly manage mine has consistently proven to be a long and taxing misadventure each month that I fall short of full repayment. A few months of these onerous experiences with public transportation and big bank BS would've broken my spirit by now were it not for the consideration and accommodation provided by loan specialist extraordinaire Morgan. She's attentive, kind, polite and professional, unswayed by my often salty language or bizarre predicaments. Having sampled the services offered by many of the predatory local competitors(as well as the national online lenders), I've found Advance America to be superior in pricing in addition to hospitality, with their fees being well below similar institutions such as Check into Cash, and significantly lower than the majority of online lenders I've received offers from. The office is well furnished for the comfort of waiting clients, easily accessible, and somehow always the perfect temperature. I've rarely had to wait for service. Morgan is a pleasure to speak with and great with details. Her flexibility and thoughtfulness have saved my bacon several times and earned my staunch loyalty as a client. Thanks Advance America! I hope you recognize what an asset you have in Morgan. When my credit has sufficiently improved to allow me to qualify for an installment loan I will apply at Advance America, hopefully with the adept assistance of Morgan herself. I highly recommend their products and services to all.

  I had a great experience when I came here for a loan. The staff was very nice and made me feel very comfortable through my loan process. It was very quick and easy. I was in and out before I knew it and had a great time while I was there. I will definitely be coming back and referring all my friends and family to this business.

  Sandra is the most condescending manager that I’ve ever had in this industry. She couldn’t explain well the process of the loan. I ended up being ripped off.
