  Josh was the most patient and polite person to work with when applying for a loan. He explained how the interest rate works and how much I would be paying if paid in 18 months or if I paid early. If you need fast cash and your credit isn’t complete garbage, you should go here!

  Don't do it! Go to Dollar Loan Center. They have less expensive loans and give you more time. They also don't require collateral, and are knowledgeable about their loans and how they work.

  I called Advance America few weeks ago and talked to the Representative Maricela. She was about to close on a Saturday I would have not made it on time. Maricela gave me options before hanging up, Maricela should be recognized for great Customer Service Skills. I worked for the County of Santa Clara Health and Hospital System for 18 years. My last position title was Senior Health Service Representative. Dedicated Patient Business Services Administration Building. When I recognized very good skills. I would like to give notice to her immediate Supervisor or boss. If I had the chance to hire her for my old position before my early retirement. It would have been done.   I would like to say first customer service is A+++++++. Tylina (I hope I spelled your name right) was awesome. She made it no hassle. I would recommend to anyone looking for a loan to come here. Both ladies (sorry I didnt get the other ladies name) were friendly and knowledgable. 5 star all the way. "Go Bears, Tylina."

  Very friendly staff, professional, it was a good experience....this is my 3rd loan, the only suggestion is, people who are established, it should be a easier process. Like go in verify ID , xxxmabe copy of check n that's it. But your staff is awesome!!
