  Super rude and confrontational staff at Oroville branch. Would give zero stars if possible. First time customer, will not be back. Plus they force you to mask up even though there is no longer a mask mandate in California. Absolutely terrible place to do business.

  I was a cashier for years & I always tried to treat my customers the way i would like to be treated... Being courteous & respectful & showing appreciation was my motto ! So when i'm shown that, I become a long time customer & I share with everyone i can... These Awesome Friends @ Advance America Deserve High Praises !! My Mom & I have been customers for several years now & we actually LOVE coming in to see them ! They have become like Family to us... It doesn't matter how grumpy we feel or if we are not feeling well when we go in , We always walk out with aSmile & we always say We Love those Guys !! They are very Professional , can answer any question & can Help you out of a bind ... So if you are in need of a Payday loan or other finance situation come on down & meet our Advance America Team !! They Truly Love their Job & Love working with Each other !! You can tell by the Smiles on every customers face when they walk out !! I've never seen a frown in all the time i've been doing business there !! They also have customer appreciation Days & Raffles to show how much they do care by giving back to us !! Also Kid Friendly & Comfy chairs for those in need... Thanks ...To Our Fantastic Four !!! From Deb & Mom !!

  Best pay day advances in town. Best customer service. Normally takes less then 5 minutes to get a pay day advances if your a existing customer. Witch is fater then any other place in town . I love that there are toys for children to play with well the adults are conducting business. Overall a fabulous place business!

  They advertize they can do your vehicle registration. When i went in to do mine it took 3 days and they still could not register my id. No one in the business knew how to use an e-insurance card. So i am still un registered and dmv is still closed.

  Horrible and I mean horrible customer service. Their staff is absolutely the lowest of the low and extremely and I mean extremely disrespectful. When they are wrong they will not admit it but claim you are the wrong one. I found it quiet halarious when they got so worked up when I called them out on their B.S. Save yourself the time and energy and drive to Chico's Advanced America instead. May take a little longer but it will save you so much time and energy. The staff there knows their job. They know customer service and are absolutely wonderful to work with. I will continue the drive and business with Chico's Advanced America and will no longer refer, visit, or waste my time at Oroville's. The one thing they forgot to remeber is even when the customer's wrong the customer's always right. Funny thing is I was right lol. Professionalism. It starts at the highest individual. As we can see here it has failed. Failure individuals.
