      Freedom Road financial has the best costumer service in the buisness. Their online service and website sucks, the online bill pay will make you want to rip your hair out and cancel their service, but if you're lucky enough to talk to stephany, you'll never want to switch companies. I swear I was ready to throw in the towel until I got to talk to her. She went above and beyond so far it's ridiculous! They only report to experian which really sucks out east where I am because no one uses it so my loan isn't helping my credit any. I almost switched just because of that, but again, you won't find better customer service anywhere. I'll be a loyal customer as long as stephany works there. The day she quits I will to. If I were them id give her a raise and a promotion and model my entire customer service model after how she does it. Seriously people, she's the goat.

      Please read all the fine print. Despite being 2 years ahead in payments, they will still charge a late fee if your a day late in payment. Makes no sense to me. Dealing with the customer service was demeaning. Won't use this lender again. I'm usually pretty easy to please but I just paid 2-6 year loans off in a little over 2 years so I didn't have to deal with them!

      Outdated website, impossible to login and check my loan status, it never works, could use some upgrades and be more interactive. Always end up calling customer service to check up on my loan when this could be easily done with a couple of clicks online. As far as their customer service goes, is great, they always help me with whatever I need. But seriously they should work on their website and try to make customers' life easier.

      Biggest complaint is there poor systems. Took me forever to maintain access to my online account. Constantly tried setting up auto payments for each month, but the feature never stuck. Always had to call to get anything done. People always seemed to take care of me, but the system bugs were the worst part of the loan experience with them.

      We’re very careful to make our payments on time so I can’t comment on that. Customer service has been OK, but not great. My huge problem with the company is their website. It took me forever to get logged in. It used to be they’d email you within 24 hours and you had to confirm within a few hours of receiving the email. Today, 4 years into the loan, I finally got logged in because they changed their email confirmation to immediately send the message. Now that I can get on the website, IT TOTALLY SUCKS!!! Don’t waste your time! Seriously, it’s amazingly bad. It must be designed by someone stuck in 1996 with an AOL address.

      They use a horrible payment portal that will remove the amount from your account hold it for 10 days not apply it to the loan then reverse it and cause all kinds of issues. I would recommend reconsideration of anyone who is going to accept a loan with this company. I would never recommend then to my enemies

      Bought a motorcycle through Freedom Road Financial. After paying off the remaining loan amount I called the company and asked them to send me the title and a letter clearing the Lien. After they took my money I waited for a month and received nothing. Called in many times and was asked to just wait and it should be arriving soon. After it didn't arrive called back and they said it got lost in the mail. I asked them how did this happen and they said they don't have any control over the mail. I told them that they must have got a tracking# and they said no. I asked if they have any proof to show that they even mailed it and they said no. I asked them how I am supposed to believe that it got lost in the mail or if they lost it and they just went quiet. Was told to go to DMV with the letter of Lien and get a duplicate. Go to DMV and they said its going to cost $60. I paid it but I was furious sine i paid around $200 in the beginning for title, registration, and plates. Called the company and told them they need to reimburse me $60 since it was Freedom's responsibility to make sure I received the title that I had paid for when I bought the bike. They hung up on me and marked my account as they will only talk to a legal representative. Now I am pursuing with legal representation. I don't care how much legal representation will cost me I care about the responsibility of the company to provide the title and not lie and take their customers for a ride. Representative at DMV told me he/she has been in the business for 27 years and these small financial companies take advantage of the customer again and again and not take responsibility for delivering customers titles. Everyone should stay away from this company unless they have easy access to legal representation. If you dont have legal representation there are firms that fight for free and collect their legal fees through the business being sued.

      Just opened my fifth loan with this Company, I wouldn't go anywhere else, ever. This is the one bank that takes their time to read your credit and look past just your Experian score.They have experienced credit analyst that understand how to read your credit bureau deeply and they approve you. My APR has been better each time I've opened a loan. They are polite, professional, fast, efficient and friendly. I spoke with the receptionist, the credit analyst and the supervisor and was treated so excellent from all of them. Thank you Freedom Road Finance from your Loyal Customer!

      I recently purchased a used motorcycle from an individual who had a loan with Freedom Road Financial. Was told loan was paid off (and it was). I have called FRF three times with questions about loan payoff, timeline on lien release etc. Each time I have spoken with a kind, patient customer service rep. They were clear about the 10-business day timeline and even gave me a mail date since the holidays have made the 10-business days a bit tricky to calculate. So far have been pleased with their service.

      This company is a joke, Stay away from this company, the few good reviews are most likely paid to be posted. The website is useless and boarder line sketchy. Its 2016 for crying out loud, fix your web site so people who pay their bills can see their statements. I have only received 1 statement in the mail and I cant access online. I am ashamed KTM uses Freedom Roads service. I have bought many motorcycle and I have never had any issues like I have with Freedom Road.
