  If I could give zero, I would. I have had a few interactions with the Manager Candi and the only way I can put it is that she is extremely unkind. Just rude and unkind. I would not recommend this branch of Advance America, go to a competitor to meet your financial needs.

  I am thankful for these gals. They are so understanding and friendly. They really have a way of making you feel comfortable. I adore the manager there. She really knows her stuff. And she knows how to make a person feel good, and she knew me by name as soon as she seen me.

  I recently had the most amazing customer service experience. I am currently in need of money. I called the advance American near me in owosos and the lady who answered the phone was so helpful. She was patient and kind. She really made me feel like she was there to help me. She explained how everything works and what I needed. She even went above and beyond and taught me how to get the things I needed to bring. Who knew that people still make checks! Great service, wonderful lady, look forward to doing business with her

  I'm posting this for my fiance. Initially the service was not good at all. His mother just died and we needed some fast money to help with funeral expenses. He works hard and has a great job. We only needed a couple hundred dollars to get us through a couple weeks. Initially he was thoroughly confused after calling and talking to someone about a new loan. He was given all kinds of misinformation by what I can only assume is a new or just ignorant employee. She gave him every reason that he couldn't do a loan and even suggests that he should wait to apply. The whole process seemed difficult and confusing, he was frustrated and ready to give up. I had him call again and the manager answered the phone he asked for the manager just to be sure. She was actually helpful and friendly. It turned out that things were much simpler than they originally appeared. We were able to get in today and get a loan large enough to cover the funeral expenses we were short on. Thank you, I'm very sorry I'm not great with names but the tall one was the helpful one. We are very ever grateful for your help today. Your business needs more individuals like you.

  I love going to Advance America. The ladies there are so fast and friendly. They never keep me waiting and greet me by name everytime. The manager Carrie is such a sweetheart. Seeing her interact with customers and always try to help them really gives me Faith in the company I trust in my financial bind. If we ever need these services again we will choose Advance America in owosso.

  Carrie was so kind to my mom. We lost my dad unexpectedly and needed some money to get us through. She was so welcoming and sweet. I just know that God put her there to walk with us through this tragedy. We can never thank you enough.

  I was beginning to panic because the store hours are the same as my work hours. It was increasingly difficult to make ends meet financially. The lady there pointed me towards doing a loan online. This is so much more convenient for my life! Thank you bunches.
