  When you share a bank account with your spouse it is not possible to suprise them on special occasions. Advance America helps me do just that. I have been to several locations over the years and two of them stand out WAY above the rest. It is because of the staff. The Clio location has the friendliest, most efficient and professional staff out of them all. It is clear this is a direct result of their management. I hope the HQ of AA realizes that it is the people and not the business model that brings people back. There are certainly other choices for these type of services but when I choose to use this type of service...the ladies at the Clio AA have earned my loyalty. A very close second is the Bridgeport MI location. I have only been there a few times but the gentleman that ALWAYS seems to be there is just as a pleasure to deal with as the ladies in Clio. This guy is a class act and greets everyone in a freindly and professional manner. Take note AA corporate...you have some all stars.

  I was approved for same day fund direct deposit. I called the customer service 4 times throughout the day. The first time I called I waited on hold for 25 minutes to be told that my funds will be available by 5pm. So I called for the second time at 5pm because it was not there and was told that it will be in there at the latest 7pm. I waited until 7pm and it still wasn’t there so I called for the third time and was told my funds would be there by 8pm no later, ok. So it wasn’t there at 8pm, surprise🙄 so I called for the 4th time and was told that it was sent at 11am and now it’s the banks problem and they have until midnight to send it. Mind you I called my bank at 3pm and they looked in to it for me and had nothing pending or sent by them so yet another lie was told to me from customer service. Needless to say I will never go through them again and I am completely dissatisfied with their business.

  The women are great, friendly and knowledgeable. From the first steps into the building to signing the paperwork they treated me wonderful and not like just another number.
