  The lady that’s usually there was rude. She didn’t show me the amounts I had to pay back on the payment plan after I signed she simply said “have a good day”, she told me I couldn’t do a payment plan like she was for certain but then turned around and gave someone a call to verify and which I was able to do a payment plan so that was unprofessional and under trained of her, each time I come in Its like I have to train her myself and tell her what I am qualified to do. I never have that problem at the one on tittabawasse not even with the new lady there !

  This store isn't as nice as others I've visited. Typical wait time can reach 60 minutes or more. Seating consists of 5 wobbly chairs, for a normal room that usually holds 15-20. There definitely could be some positives changes made.
