  Visited Latisha for Money Gram services. Walmart In this plaza is always down and Advance America always saves the day! So happy she is always available and and steps away from my home.

  Their systems were down, company wide, the day I went in. The woman who was working at the counter did everything she could to help everyone and did so with a great attitude. An hour + wait went by quickly and I got out quickly. She’s an amazing person. A++

  This location is awesome!!!!!! I’ve conducted business at several branches but this location in the Walmart plaza is by far the best! The new manager and assistant are so pleasant and actually genuinely concerned about your needs which is hard to find when conducting financial business. Their attentiveness to each individual customer is what makes it a great experience every visit. And they give free goodies from time to time!!!!!!

  This location is amazing! The ladies are so kind and professional and you feel valued from the moment you walk in! Yesterday, one of the agents at the counter, Ms Laquita, displayed poise and patience with a customer that came in clearly distraught and having a bad day. No matter how impatient or rude the customer was with Laquita, she kept a smile on her face and truly killed the customer with kindness. This is what makes companies like this excel and maintain a good reputation! I can honestly say this is why I am a loyal customer with this company and this location. Laquita is a phenomenal agent and I hope this company knows her worth as a part of the Advance America family! Thanks for going above and beyond and know that other customers are always watching and admiring the great job that you do on a daily basis! Awesome company, phenomenal agents, excellent experience, what more can you ask for!!!! Great job 😊
