  I have been coming to this location [in Green Cove Springs] off and on and Claude has always given excellent customer service! He is patient, kind and friendly; just overall wonderfully personable. There have been times that I'm sure I bugged him longer than I should have just chatting every day stuff with him the few times I've come into the office. He also makes the process less painful and anxiety driven. No one loves having to take a cash advance, but when times get tough you do what you have to. Claude has even had to work with me under tougher than usual circumstances and will always work with you to the best of his ability.

  Claude is super nice, I’ve had to go in here a couple times for quick emergency loans and so I’ve known him for awhile. He is the nicest guy, always laughing and smiling!! The process doesn’t take a long time and it was really an easy thing. I love going here in a pinch.

  I started coming here about 2 years ago and every time I come in they are personable and professional! They’re interested in how my day is and always engage well with the customers. It’s the only reason I continue to come in every other week! Especially Jennifer! She is simply AMAZING!!! She could be having a hard day and you would NEVER even know it! She’s always been such a joy. I enjoy my visit every time I come in even if it’s just for a few minutes!
